Data controller

The data controller is PuntOemme Energia, based at Via Vieusseux 18/1, Imperia. For any request about your data you can write toinfo@puntoemmeenergia.it.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form we collect the data you give us, name, phone, email, type of client, any message and, if you attach it, your electricity or gas bill. The bill may contain personal data such as the supply address, POD or PDR code and consumption data.

Why we process it

We use this data only to respond to your request, analyse the bill and propose an electricity and gas tariff. The legal basis is responding to your request and, to send the proposal, the consent you give when submitting the form.

How and where we store it

Data and attachments are transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored on restricted-access tools of the controller. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. It may be shared with energy suppliers only where necessary to follow up on a proposal you accept.

How long

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than the law requires. On your request we delete it sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@puntoemmeenergia.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
